Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which training fees may be refunded.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests must be made in writing within the period specified for each program. Refunds are considered only if the request is received before the training program begins.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Registration or processing charges, and fees for programs that have already started, are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation by Us

If a training program is cancelled by Internship Portal, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid for that program, in 24 hours.
